The AccuNet control systems adds automation to any tufting machine, allowing greater production efficiency and quality. The system has the potential to allow one operator to run two or three tufting machines at once.
The family of AccuNet control system includes:
· AccuSight - automatic yarn and thread break detection
· AccuTight - automatic yarn tight end detection
· AccuSight Plus - combination of AccuSight and AccuTight in one control box
· AccuGuide - Backing center guiding into tufting machines
· AccuTrack - Efficiency and production tracking system, networked to a management console
· AccuNet - Management Data Tracking (MDT) of up to 100 tufting machines into one console, complete with system alerts, efficiency and production tracking, automatic pager notification and web services.
